The folks in the ER were simply amazing. We brought them something complicated, and they never gave up on figuring it out. Dr. Battershell is kind and intelligent. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a doctor. The nursing staff was kind and funny, which always helps in these situations. They had an extremely difficult patient while we were there, and they handled his belligerence, foul language, and anger with compassion, gentleness, and calmness. I was incredibly impressed with them all.
Everyone was very nice and thoughtful and thorough. That's includes labs, bone density and mammogram
Dr. Cecil was prompt and offered valuable information.
This place is so frustrating. Concerns are dismissed. Accessing things on the patient portal is a joke. I absolutely hate going here and travel to Cheyenne or Colorado instead when I am able.
