Awful. They will trespass (leaving your gate open) and use your electricity (when they aren’t even working on your house!) they leave nails and trash everywhere. Police reports have been filed.
Our association used this company for painting and siding repairs, and they did a decent job. Unfortunately, after our walk-through was done and mistakes were pointed out, they have yet to finish the project. There is trash left on roofs from where things were taped off, there is siding missing from garages, blue tape around the community pointing out areas of focus, etc., yet they haven't been out in months to finish. I do not recommend this company.
This company doesn't finish their projects! Just like the other reviewers, they left our project unfinished, moved on to other, "More important" projects, and left us part-way finished. Our community was, "Finished" around a year ago, and they have made no effort to truly finish, and our association has paid them in full, per their demands. Some homes are literally missing siding. I would steer clear of this company.
