Dr.platt is amazing
I'm still wearing contact lens Dr. Platt fitted for me 10 years ago, however, he has one of the most abrupt, rude, unhelpful receptionists I have ever encountered. I requested my lens parameters (not the prescription, which is only valid for 2 years) three years ago. Today, I was told that he only has to maintain those records for 8 years and then they were destroyed. So what about 3 years ago?
Dr. Platt is a good guy, and a great dr. His staff however is lacking in customer service, the women that runs the store in his absence behavioral problems in communicating with the general public.
