Very welcoming and comfortable environment. Extremely professional and helpful In many ways.
I did love the lady I was seeing there but since I converted to Medicare she will no longer see me. I don’t want to start over with someone else so I’m just done and I wasn’t ready to be done yet. So they get a low review for their lack of care for the elderly.
I could not even get in the door before they began leaking sensitive personal information to people from my intake form. A deep violation of trust, not to mention a textbook HIPPA violation. These are dangerously incompetent people and are a stain on the industry.
I have been going to Platt Professional for years. Donna is a life saver. Office staff is amazing. 10/10 recommend for counseling services.
