We've lived at Platt Park Townhomes for over six months now, and we've really loved living here. The location is fantastic. It's a great neighborhood with plenty to do, and it's been a wonderful place to call home. One of our biggest concerns before moving in was noise, especially since it's a townhome community. Everything from touring, application completion, and move-in has been so smooth. We were unexpectedly in a rush to find a place to live within two weeks, and we are so lucky to have found this place. The space feels so open and nice, and the location can’t be beat. It feels safe in this area, and the dog park for residents is such a nice amenity. Jessica assisted us with our orientation on move-in day, and she has been awesome through this whole process. We are so excited to be living here!
Ellie was amazing and made the process very smooth. Coming from out of state, she made us very welcome and at home.
We had to move at a hurried pace, so we looked at a Platt Park townhome and were very impressed. Communication was rapid and within three days we had the lease signed. Abby and Austin were great - super friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, a smooth and pleasant experience.
I’m writing a new review because this place is simply not worth living in. Maintenance and management are completely unresponsive. You can submit requests months in advance and eventually receive a word-for-word reply asking, “Have you followed up with us?” — despite the original request already being a follow-up. I had a $1,000 package stolen. Management advertises having cameras in every townhouse, yet when this happened they claimed there was no footage available.
