We had to move at a hurried pace, so we looked at a Platt Park townhome and were very impressed. Communication was rapid and within three days we had the lease signed. Abby and Austin were great - super friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, a smooth and pleasant experience.

I’m writing a new review because this place is simply not worth living in. Maintenance and management are completely unresponsive. You can submit requests months in advance and eventually receive a word-for-word reply asking, “Have you followed up with us?” — despite the original request already being a follow-up. I had a $1,000 package stolen. Management advertises having cameras in every townhouse, yet when this happened they claimed there was no footage available. My husband (33M) and I (30F) loved living at Platt Park Townhomes! The only reason we left was because we bought a house. We lived here for over 2 years and had a great experience. It’s in such an incredible location - walking distance to Wash Park, sprouts, Whole Foods, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, farmers market, the list goes on. The space itself had everything we needed and rarely ever heard any noise from direct neighbors.
