How platt park management sucks: The townhomes themselves and the maintenance team are wonderful. Redpeak management is awful and I will never rent from a Redpeak property again. Double check everything they do because they will make mistakes. My roommates and I have 35+ years of renting experience between the 3 of us and have never encountered such incompetence. Would love to change this review once issues are resolved as the townhome itself has been awesome: there is a green space in the center of the townhomes that's a "dog park". There's no locks, no keys needed for entry meaning anyone can access it despite clear signage that it's for residents. TONS people from The Henry, surrounding neighborhood, and Platt Park Apartments use this dog park daily. Their dogs cause huge fights outside, it's loud, and my dog has been attacked by dogs not living in these townhomes on a number of o... read more
We moved here in January and LOVE our experience so far. Management was welcoming and attentive to our initial needs. We have had several service requests that were addressed quickly and accurately by the amazing maintenance crew. Also important to us is that our furball enjoys playing in the community park. The neighborhood and adjacent communities are packed with wonderful parks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a host of other useful businesses. I highly recommend Platt Park Townhomes!
As a current resident I unfortunately would not recommend living here to anyone I like. I was very late to work today because the neighbor decided to park their car in front of my garage and block me in. Management knows this is an ongoing issue but does nothing about it. Update: Thank you replying. The parking situation has improved in recent weeks. I have since increased my rating.
