I called to order a part, they never got back to me. I go there to order the part, they are not open as specified on the website. I called them to follow up, they don't pick up the phone. Not sure what to think.
Called Platt to find out some information and the lady put me on hold. Well that’s where I stayed for over fifteen minutes. Some people have things to do rather than sit on the phone for a half waiting.
Super helpful staff. Good service.
