Called Platt to find out some information and the lady put me on hold. Well that’s where I stayed for over fifteen minutes. Some people have things to do rather than sit on the phone for a half waiting.

Plant had an extended power surge that blew 4 fuses. Had to get ASAP to get plant back up and running. Admin called Platt store while I ran to get them. Poor experience. Branch manager, Martin Grace had poor customer service skills, was rude, and slow. Won't do business with them again, and paid huge markup over same product online.
