Always helpful and usually have what I'm looking for.
I've been an electrician for 10 years. Every time I am forced to go into a Platt I get ripped off. These guys are con artists. They tried charging me $43 for a 2 amp mini fuse which sales for $7 on Amazon, amongst other places. After complaining they lowered it to $30. Then when I ask to talk to the manager, he lied to me and said they buy them for $19. Store was very neat and you could tell folks actually care. Helped me get the tools I needed and made me feel like I mattered. Manager was pretty friendly and tended to my special circumstance
