Great customer service, very friendly and professional!
I do ALOT of business with platt.. this company is great. For some reason THIS branch is NOT! Calling ahead of time to get materials list checked out. People at the front counter will just answer and leave the phone on the desk so they don't have to hear the ringing. They are very unprofessional and I will no longer be doing business with this Platt location

Nick at Pratt is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us with choosing new smoke detectors and walked us through how to change the old with the new. Impressive service!
