This isn't a great dental office - go elsewhere! The staff is disorganized, what's billed to the patient doesn't match the EOB from insurance (dental office charges more than what EOB says), and dental work doesn't last (crowns needed to be replaced in less than a year, and chipped teeth fixed didn't last either). My family went to a new dentist. Even though our teeth were cleaned by Dr. Platt's office twice a year the new hygienist said it looked like our teeth hadn't been cleaned in two years. Can't say much about the dentist because I've only been for cleaning. But his hygienist pretends to do full prophies/cleanings. But actually just does a simple dental probing and uses dental paste for a quick cleaning but doesn't actually scale your teeth. Since the dentist checks your mouth first, he has no idea what she's doing to his patients. Sad! But the dentist seemed very honest and knowledgeable.
We love Dr. Platt! Staff is great, he makes time for us when we have issues, and really gentle.
I had an emergency while on vacation and he came in and addressed it immediately. He and his staff were exceptionally professional. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him.
