It took a long time for me to make an EV purchase happen. I live in Eugene and drove up to Portland to buy at Platt Auto Group, and am so glad I did. I was dreading the glitz, hype and pressure of usual car dealers. None of that was present in this experience. Peter was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I highly recommend Platt Auto! The switch from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle has a learning curve but the folks at Platt Auto are very service and education oriented. I was indecisive as to which level of car I wanted and tested their 7-Day no-questions-asked return guarantee more than once(!!!) and they didn't mind at all! They gave me an excellent trade-in value for my gas car.
