Received an appraisal that had omissions and inaccurate info about my home and math errors when computing the Comps. I notified my lender and they said they cant dispute due to Dodd Frank Act. I notified the appraiser who said the Lender has to handle the dispute. I paid for the damn appraisal but get NO service from the appraisal company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Not a good experience, not responsive to our attempts to contact emails and phone messages, very unprofessional, no website hard to contact, not willing to put forth the effort to do a thorough appraisal, slow and not acceptable no concern for clients needs and timetable. The location and office is hidden on side of house with no sign and no secretary to leave message with, visiting several times noone there.
