I swear the profile you when you walk in. I might not be 20 years old but I have items that are trendy or timeless. Walked in with 2 pairs of Jordan’s. One pair barely worn, one worn some but a collaboration with Vogue. I also have gone in with North Face jackets and Nike and Adidas jackets. The shoes I was offered $28 for both and turned away for the jackets. Meanwhile I see shoes that are clearly worn and old in there. The workers are rude. Never again will I go there. Everything in there is for a XS or S.
Customer service is horrible! I have been there like 3 times over the last 2 years and each time has gotten worse. Most recently a Staff member called me to demand I come pick up my items immediately when they did NOT call me to tell me they were even ready for pickup (they said they did call but they did NOT) she raised her voice and was disrespectful to me on the phone. This isn’t the first time I have gone into a Plato’s closet WITH NEW ITEMS THAT STILL HAVE THE TAG and they say that it’s an old style and they can’t take it. Don’t waste your time trying to sell them anything!
Always find such a great selection of clothing here! The staff are so friendly and always help me choose outfits. I bring in clothes all the time and am always so pleased with the outcome.
