Everytime i go in to sell items I am told that it is just too worn. One bag i bought from their store the week before. A pair a CK jeans still had tags on them! But the are old. Lol
I brought a truckload of clothes that no longer fit me after losing 40++ pounds... what a waste of time that was! After having to wait for people to go thru all my clothes I had to listen to the clerk (manager ?- half my age with a major chip on her shoulder) that my clothes were too sophisticated... most of that I brought was jeans, plaid shirts, polo shirts.... too sophisticated! I've gone there before wasn't impressed with their impression of "to worn and out & out of style".... Gave it a coupke of years decided to go back with Nike stuff Adidas etc. Got there they were really dead there were about 4 or 5 girks working checked my stuff in and one of the associates was talking about getting fired with another associate. Gossiping etc I browsed around for awhile while keeping an eye on my stuff. They didn't even go through my whole tote of clothes I think gossiping was more important. WONT GO BACK. I'... read more
Apparently the mens Levis brand jeans I brought in that have only been worn a handful of times were "too worn."
I hadn't been to this store before and so I had called to ask about selling some jeans that hadn't been worn. The rep I spoke with gave me a general idea of their sales percentages but said come on in, we can't price your item over the phone. When I brought them in a couple days later they said no we won't buy these because they are not the right style, (they only buy one style of jeans.)
