What kind of clothes are y'all buying from people? There is nothing but fuzzy used up garments on the rack and junkie shoes on the shelves. Shoes that look like they've been worn over and over and over again. How y'all are able to stay in business is beyond me. Maybe the workers are taking all the good clothes for themselves. And payout is completely minimal. Came back for a second try but you guys have convinced me that this is complete garbage I can find better stuff at Goodwill.

Stopped by on my way home to look at a couple shirts and ended up seeing a pair of shoes I knew my wife would love. I bought them for $55, then immediately realized they were a 7Y and the wrong size. Keep in mind, I hadn’t even left the counter. I asked if I could return them and was told there are no refunds on shoes. Fine—I asked for store credit instead. That was refused too.
