If u are colored don’t go here!! If you are the owner please train staff with more customer service. Uncomfortable experience got weird glances from staff (5 girls) and were just staring at us when me and my cousins walked in the girl that was taking my clothes didn’t explain the rules properly and someone else had to explain them, didn’t take anything because said they don’t take clothes that are button down (too classy for them) fine, but half of them were sweaters and un worn jeans. Wonderful selection
I gave them an originally $120 dress from Oh Polly in great condition and they gave me less than $5 for it. What a scam. Don’t go here. If management sees this, please let me know if there’s any way to get my dress back and I’ll delete this review.
Just wow to the whole experience here. Should have trusted the community. Stay away, this place is a headache was a waste of time. Maybe they only buy coach or Louis Vuitton lol all of my men’s brand name items like Nike or express rejected. That’s fine. Although having to come here 3 times to get that result all due to a reps inability to communicate how to bag my items first time (I called ahead of time, never mentioned.), then when buying times stop vs their operating business hours.
