I wasn't gonna get much money for my stuff and felt it was better to donate to good cause instead. The weird thing was the girl before me had a coach bag that wasn't in bad shape and the owner of the bag wouldn't get much for it, but then I walked around to look at the clothes and found stains of some of the clothing? Why be so stingy on purchasing second hand items for the store but have dirty merchandise?
This place doesn't wash anything they sell. I'd rather buy something washed from the thrift store than anything kinda new and filthy from here. Cleanliness > everything
It's a cool idea but some of the girls working there are super rude and they just toss a lot of your stuff aside without even looking at it. They were so busy that they just don't care anymore. They just try to get rid of you. They said my stuff was too worn and almost all of it was brand new, never been worn. I love the place but its annoying when the person whose going through your items only pick out what they like. And then they say they don't take anything thats supposedly not in styld but ive seeee numerous items dengy, faded & out of style forsure. Its wishy washy with them . I dont like gabby or joana. Alissa is a sweatheart & dresses the best . And she for sure knows whats in style
Love to buy here but selling experience was poor.
