You guys are terrible when it comes to buying "gently" used clothes. More like you only buy BRAND NEW clothes. I drove 45 minutes for you guys to buy 6 items out of the 30 items I brought that were barely worn with nothing visibly wrong with them. And all you gave me for the 6 items was $12. Two pairs of jeans you bought were brand new. It was a complete waste of my time and gas. I will never return to your store and best believe I will be spreading the word on just how much of a rip off your store is.
I never walk out empty handed, in fact I usually end up buying too much!! Great selection, clean, friendly staff!!
I love..love..love this store!! I always find the best clothes and the staff is wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and it's really nice to be greeted every time I walk in the door. The store is always in pristine condition and I will defiantly be back! Thanks staff of Platos Closet Ithaca!!
