They took two of my dresses and only gave me $5 and some change. We went in to pick up the clothes and the girl would not help us and she was just standing there. I brought in name brand clothes and when they gave most of them back the girl was very insulting with the way she talked about the clothes I brought in. They were rude and I will not be back!
They judge people by their appearance. First my clothes smelled like smoke I took it home washed it & put it in a sealed bag. Then they turned me around again saying the clothes was worn to much. So I grab my express jeans and go back inside to ask her to show me what was wrong with it, then she said well it had a odor. She kept changing the excuses. It was a !!Joy!! to be served at this place. I got !!7!! pairs of jeans in 15 minutes before the store closed because the whole team jumped into action for me. They looked for my sizes, brought them to the dressing room, helped me make choices.... WOW, it was amazing. And that wasn't the best part. They pulled everything off the sales racks and I got out of there for under $25 bucks. When I drive by now I feel drawn to the place. Good job guys!
Apparently they don’t buy current style clothing . I’ve been there a couple times now with 3 totes of brand name clothing (Silver- Melissa McCarty-INC-Lane Bryant ) and they kept just a few things. My daughter took items there yesterday and she was told they don’t buy clothes above a 18/20. Apparently they aren’t aware how many people would like to be able to purchase Nice plus size clothing ! Will never return and will sell my things on my own . ��
I'm not one to rant about businesses but I took clothes in at 1:57 pm, they told me 20-30 minutes, my clothes weren't done until 3:30 pm, they kept 20 items out of prob 100 and told me my clothes were stained, & out of "style", they gave me $50, I would also like to point out that none of my clothes had any stains what so ever, I checked, I don't remember brand new Victoria secret, affliction, and miss me jeans being "out of style" Vera Bradley from this season, brand new adidas shoes that are definitely still in STYLE.. not... read more
