Kassidy was wonderful and very helpful. She was very kind and answered all my questions about different sections of the store. This is honestly my favorite thrift place in BC
I absolutely LOVE when Good customer service exist! Way to go Cheyenne, Jenna, Kass. Thank you for making my guilt free shopping pleasant!
Cheyenne, Kass & Jenna were awesome staff! They were all super nice and kept my group informed on the sales of the day. Even towards the end of their shift they were not rushing us out they were all very conversational and very sweet! We will definitely return to the Battle Creek Plato’s closet
We bought some sunglasses, and they kindly gave us a case to go with it that didn’t go with the sunglasses! They were super kind and sweet!
