RecommendedI like shopping here, but it’s chaos at the register. Employee forgot to charge for a sweater and when I went to return it, it wasn’t on the receipt. Employee treated me like I stole the dang thing. Maybe some better training is in order.

This store always organized clean and most of the time you find something that you need!
Disappointed. Commented on a picture to ask to hold the item. No response. I call in to ask about the item the next day and I’m told that they don’t respond to Facebook comments, only Instagram and that the item has sold. I go back to the Facebook post and ALL 3 of the comments were deleted!! I’m not upset the item sold, I’m more disappointed on how the employee told me I should have commented on Instagram instead and the fact that my comment was deleted off of the original post!!
They don't honor return policy set by franchisee contact. won't be back.
This Plato's Closet in Aurora feels much more like a boutique than any other consignment store I've ever been in - really organized, full of on-trend clothes, cute outfit displays, wonderful owners, and friendly, polite employees! Awesome store!!!
The customer service was awful. I came in to sell clothes and as the associate was filling out the form he mumbled something and when i asked him to repeat it he replied with "you f-ing heard me". The manager on duty did nothing to diffuse the situation other than suggest another secondhand store down the street. I repeatedly asked for a different associate to help me and was ignored. Dont bring your business here!
