The staff that work there are awsome!!!! I had recently traded a purse and wallet there. Then recieved a random phone call from them after I had left. I had left 200 dollars in my wallet when I went to sell it to platos closet. Platos staff kindly called me and told me they had found money in my wallet and wanted to make sure to come back for it. Plato’s Closet is hands down the worst resale store I’ve ever dealt with. I tried to sell jeans that were practically brand new—never worn—and the excuses I got from the staff were beyond ridiculous. First, they told me the jeans had “stains” (which they absolutely did not). Then they switched it up and said they weren’t “in style.” When exactly do jeans go out of style?
