brought 3 bags of clothes and they were all name brand like patagonia and colombia and nike and adidas and they only took about one item out of all. they won’t buy name brands but will sell shit shirts saying something like “i’m his waifu”. terrible place of business and it has been for years. you need a guy to look at guy clothes, the girls there have no idea what they are doing there at all. there’s a reason they have a 3.6 star, ik surprised it’s not lower tbh.
Love to shop and sell here. Staff is so nice and Sydney was very helpful with everything I needed my last trip in the store!
just not great. i’ve taken clothes here multiple times, i’ve had bags on bags of bags with clothes that are brand new with tags that are $100 or more. washed items. rarely worn items. and items they have in store. but that’s fine they can continue to keep putting out dusty jordans instead of taking things that are actually worth money. she said there was “minor wear” i doubt she could spell it. anyways don’t bother bringing your clothes here let them go out of business thank you!
kelsey was an amazing employee and was very helpful!! everyone was very kind and hardworking.
Kelsey and staff are always so nice and helpful. I love bringing my items into Plato's in Chattanooga.
