It was okay lol. The staff was some what rude actually.
Clothes and prices are good, but while we were there, my daughter's Ray Ban sunglasses were stolen out of her tote (granted she shouldn't have set it on the floor). The young saleswomen were so unsympathetic and would not talk to us about it nor would they look us in the eye at any of our attempts to talk about it. The whole thing was so unsettling and bizarre, we could not help thinking they might have been involved in the theft of the sunglasses. Plato's Closet...never again!
This is great place hopefully they keep it open please help
Donated here various times, getting little money for the bags of items I brought in on all occasions. Brought nothing but what was on the "what were buying" cards and still only took a couple things when it's all in great condition and almost never used clothing. Also, last time I was there, I was told a 45 minute wait (which was fine) after being there for over an hour, going to the mall, and eating dinner, around two hours now, they did not have my sisters bag done. My daughter went in to shop, but first she brought in some clothes to sell. The lady didn't buy anything. The next week she had her sister in law bring the same clothes in and the same lady bought half of the clothes. She felt like because her sister in law was white and skinny that she bought the clothes from her. Bad message to send to young girls Plato's closet.
