I am a big fan of this store - I've been coming regularly since it opened last year. I always come away with a bagful! Yes, I have tried to sell items which I thought were in good condition and been a bit disappointed when they didn't make the cut, but I totally understand why they might not be what the staff think will sell on. I mean, the whole reason I shop there is to buy good quality clothing, which my teenage daughters want to be seen wearing. It's a two-way street!
I brought my 16 year old daughter in to check it out. She LOVED it- bought bunch of awesome clothes (sporty, casual, fancy, and boots too!) for practically nothing! I also bought myself a fabulous sparkly 9 west bag that I love... I literally get compliments every day! I did try to sell some stuff... they didn't take much of it, but I understand the need to be particular. Best store, best discounts..you can find everything you are looking for in here and leave with a huge bag of clothes for nothing!! All namebrands and they move clothes in here!! Fav place to shop!!
