Made me wait half an just to say they couldn’t take it, they could have said that when I gave it to them
First time here, the employees were friendly and my daughter loved the huge Lulu Lemon collection. Also they have an awesome shoe selection.
Don't bother taking clothes to sell to them unless the clothes are name brand and in great condition.
I’m very disappointed in the service my family and I experienced at this location. Mai was extremely unprofessional. My sister and I were waiting for a waiting room, clearly holding several items to try on. We waited and made eye contact with Mai multiple times and she just ignored us. Finally after waiting maybe 5 minutes I said “can we please get a fitting room?” She finally got us one. I had an awful experience I brought a bag of clothes in to sell and I had nice brands like Atheta, fabletics, Michael Kors, express, and Victoria secret and they only wanted 3 items for $5 that’s insane. I’m never going back here. Not only did I feel insulted but I wasted 2 hours of my time. It was embarrassing and a waste. $5!! For you to make a huge profit on is bull. I rather donate it to people that need it.
