I loveee your guys stuff and I come here regularly, but you seriously need to stop buying shein. Like i guess its cute but?? Why is a shein top like $8 when a brand new item from shein is like $4? Same with brandy. If a new brandy top is like $15 why am i buying a used one for almost the same price. Anyway still love this location just pleaseeee stop with the overpriced shein or atleast have the decency to fool me and cut the tag off lol
I arrival 7:3pm today at the store and I drove from San Mateo over an hour drive and they said they only accept until 6pm to buy and sell. Also today is Monday and she said tomorrow Tuesday oraybe every Tuesday is only store credit I said I just want store credit anyway to the owners you need to change ASAP your recording on the phone and Google that you only accept until 6pm and when is credit stores only and cash only what's days and discount on days on this day bla bla bla not everyone has social media make sure it's in G... read more
So terrible place！ You can sell nothing here. I went to this place twice but they even refused to check anything with different reasons. First reason is no selling after 6pm even they are closed at 9pm. The second one is that they can only give store credit which means taking things without paying.
Plato's has gone way downhill, especially this location. Brought in close to $400 worth of great brands (Patagonia, NF, Lulu, etc) all in great condition, and they only gave me $10... for an old jacket and Fjallraven Backpack. They are penny pinching at this location. Go over to Crossroads trading instead. They gave me $280 with in store credit and you can cash out at anytime. Given that this is the only Plato's in the valley, I would expect better.
This is by far THE WORST PLATOS CLOSET I’ve ever been to. When you want to sell clothes they ALWAYS have an excuse that they don’t have money to provide if you want to sell. & try to offer you store credit. This has happened to me on a Sunday afternoon & today which is a Tuesday afternoon. On top of that their selling hours do not match how long they are actually willing to accept clothes. They end selling at 5 PM & always complain when people try to sell right before 5. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES OR RESPOND TO THEIR STORE... read more
