really long wait times after they quote you 20-30 minutes and the employees are so rude, both times i have gone in there they gossip about the other employees and i've heard them talk bad about customers in the store. today i got attitude because i wanted something refunded and both girls who helped me got so annoyed. honestly would rather drive the 2 1/2 hours to go to the modesto plato's closet just to not hear all the negativity
This place is a joke! A couple of years ago I took them several high end hand bags to sell. They said the wait time would be several hours. I explained I couldn't wait and live an hour away. I said it was fine just to give me whatever price they come up with and I'd come back the following week. They said no problem. When I came back, they said they never told me that and assumed my items were donations. Gave me nothing! Thieves! I was so angry, I didn't return for a long time.
