They need to treat people like humans.
The girls that work there have attitude. They are typical grown teenagers. Recently made rude and condescending comment on my purchase. Most of all, please please do not sell your clothes to this store. They tried to buy my NWT Patagonia jacket for $7. I don't appreciate this business at all.
They charged me for an item twice and I realized it before I left. I took the receipt back where it clearly shows an item was scanned twice I made the purchase with my debit card. I thought no big deal they will just reimburse me for it but no, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it because the manager wasn’t in that I would have to come back on Monday for my money I explain that I live in an hour in a half away and ask if they could just void the transaction but apparently no one is trained on how to do that. This place has horrible clothes. I've been to many stores across the country and this is by far the worst. I brought them practically brand new items to sell and they gave me $35 for 10 items. This town desperately needs a Round two or something similar that actually recognizes the value if good clothes. They passed on a pair of perfect condition NMD's yet they have dirty scuffed up old shoes for sale in their store. Oh, and how bout the smell... this place smells like an old sock. Employees don't like working there. Very poor attitude and dismissive to customers. Talking to them, I feel like I'm talking to a rock. I'm gong to avoid this place in the future.

Terrible customer service, mainly by the manager who was rude and unapologetic after they made 4 separate errors with our bill. Joe was kind and helpful but his manager was rude enough for us to have to share this experience.

Absolutely horrible costumer service . My boyfriend was buying a very colorful and unique pair of joggers that would resale for about 80$ but got them for 12$ , the staff members were talking about him and making fun of him while he was in the dressing room while I was standing outside waiting for him , watching the whole thing. Then at checkout when he went to buy the joggers the girl at checkout was laughing and asked her coworker to turn around and look at them and then they both proceeded to laugh.
