Don’t sell here, better to just give away TRUST ME lol buffalo exchange was 10x better they buy nothing & they pay very,very,very, low when they do. 3 shirts a sweater 2 pairs of good condition shoes got me $21 sooo embarrassing lol… DONT WASTE YOUR TIME better off donating it.
Was here a few weeks ago to sell clothes. Brought 2 bags and they only took 2 items… such as waste of time, which took over 4 hours. Also BEWARE on my way out, near the front door (inside the store) i noticed a pest trap which was filled with roaches. Baby roaches too! I had to check all my returned clothes before i got home to make sure i didn’t bring any home. Gross and wasted so much of my time.
It's a used clothing store masquerading as an upscale retailer. They take hours to go through your clothes. The first time we tried was on a Saturday and we were told it would take 4 hours to go through my daughter's 1 bag. We went back a few days later on a Tuesday afternoon. I watched them and it was one young lady making all the decisions. I brought in 2 bags worth of clothes, ranging from athletic wear (Nike, Adidas, Under Armour) to jeans (Hollister, Aeropostale, H&M). They were barely worn, in great condition, and trendy. They only ended up accepting 1 TOP, nothing else! Such a waste of time, don’t bother going here to sell clothes. You’re probably better off selling on Facebook Marketplace.
Walked in and immediately all the employees stopped their conservation to stare at me rudely with a mean expression on their faces like I personally interrupted them. They didn’t say hello or welcome in so I left the store afterwards because I didn’t feel welcomed here. Employees should be taught how to greet customers properly.
