I agree with Brittany B! They do not go through your clothes. They passed on my whole bag that was untouched yet I had Michael Kors purses and shoes at the bottom. So I know they didn’t look. Customer service sucks and you barely get greeted! This location has fell off over the years and it’s very disappointing. I rather them close and get another store there if that’s the case since they don’t buy our stuff anyway! Sad! Do better!
Don’t want to pay for nice things, so I donated.
A few days ago, I visited the store and sales associate Stephanie was able to help me locate products within my budget. Very helpful, patient young lady, overall vibes were welcoming, atmosphere was great. Will be visiting soon.
The staff is exceptional. They trudge through the mounds of clothes brought in, which is constant. Understand 3 things when coming to resale shops: 1) You are not the only person waiting to sell items. It’s first come, first serve. Just because YOU chose to sell your entire wardrobe 5 minutes before closing and you want an offer in 4 minutes is insane. 2) You are NOT going to get the same amount you paid for when you bought it brand new.
