Zero stars. It was my first time taking my clothes here to sell it. I called before taking the clothes just to make sure I was following the rules. I took in one small basket with about 15 clean clothing items (folded too) I wanted to see what the hype was about and if they would really give you money for your clothes. From those 15 items I took they only kept two. I come to find out that the store will not take your clothes if it is not named brand ex. I've shopped at this location before and they always have great prices and styles on shoes and clothes. This was my one of my favorite locations to by clothes before i moved further away but I recently took some of my clothes to sell there and I’ve always got a fair offer for my items, it's worth the drive much better than other locations honestly, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.
Very slow service management doesn’t seem to care to improve service
