Love this store! I always have a amazing experience when Dee the manager, always makes sure my shopping and selling experience is her top priority! the store is always clean and organized. Highly recommend!
The workers here definitely only help you if they are in the mood, I’ve been told numerous times “we aren’t taking buys today” yet have seen people’s buys being sorted. Also not taking certain color men’s shirts saying they aren’t “men’s colors” should be addressed ASAP.

I take like 3 bags of new heels they are Steve Madden, Guess, BCBG and clothes from AE, Guess. They take nothing and told me because they were out of season when actually 2/3 pairs os shoes are in Steve Madden stores I only take them to you because they are smaller than my size and I lost my invoice in order to return them. Don’t have an issue if they don’t take my stuff but there is no need to be rude about it. When I ask why they didn’t take something they totally get an attitude. I have a right to know why it was rejected. However they rejected clothes they said were worn or stained. They were not at all. The funny thing is I was shopping while i waited and found a dress with HOLES IN THE SLEEVE! Lol! And they said 2 brand new AE tanks were out of style and wouldn’t sell.
