DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! Today I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience of my life. My family had to witness the shocking behavior of an employee who was completely unprofessional, unable to deal with customers, and acting totally out of control. She had just made the store-wide announcement that all remaining customers should head to the registers because the store was closing. Selling here was super easy & made an easy $100 with just a few items. They have a lot of Brandy and John Galt which I love.
I wish I would’ve listened to the reviews before wasting my time here. I brought in so much stuff, many items brand new or worn once. Free people, Abercrombie, Reformation, Revolve, you name it. They picked the most random items and gave me a few bucks. If you have nice stuff, take it elsewhere. Massive waste of time.
