I was there today around 6:30 p.m. the girl at the front did not even greet me with a "hello", but instead stuck the paper on the table and said "fill this out." Whoever trains their employees needs to teach these kids about respect and kindness. The young man that gave me my clothes back said "we ended up passing on everything" without any explanation . I have always had a great experience at this store. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Sometimes I walk in and sell everything in my bag and sometimes I sell nothing. I go in with the mindset of "I dont want it anyways so if I make $10 or $70, its more than I had before" then I take the rest right to donation. You cannot go in with high expectations because you never really know what they will buy from you. I appreciate that there is a store that does this and I can feel good about donating and also maybe get free lunch!
One time went to sell and didn’t know they were closing early. Online it said they closed at 9 and we dropped off our bags around 6. They said it would be about an hour and we waited. We didn’t receive a text and it was getting late so we went back and our bags were already done. We never received a text or anything. The employees weren’t rude but seemed as though they weren’t interested. all that for just $13.
