Rude staff! It was my first time here and I wanted her to explain how it works and the woman in the front who takes the clothes gave me a nasty face . Like ? Isn’t that your job? Very rude . I brought in some very good items , the worker advised me that they only accept teen clothing , nothing of woman items. I also brought in some men clothes . I love this platos location, everytime I have brought clothes they were always reviewed quickly. I also always find great pieces and brands like skims, comfrt, zara, pacsun/brandy.
The kids had a great shopping experience.
Horrible place. They waste your time.
