WoW.. 1st time ever walking into this Plato's Closet with some really nice clothes to sell and the girl sitting behind the desk was not welcoming, did not say hello or anything she just pointed her finger telling me where to drop the very heavy basket I was carrying. She got up from behind the desk to point her finger again as to where I needed to put down my basket....needless to say I told her I would take my things elsewhere because I did not like her attitude. This plato’s has the best two set outfits gotten so many cute sets here! Also super organized and easy to find things you are looking for. Kelly is the best, she is super sweet and friendly and helps with everything you need! One of the best plato’s i have been too :)
Waste of my time! Walked in around 1PM the lady blurted out & told me that I have a 5 hour wait. Came back around 6:30PM told me the wait has been pushed back again. Mind you the store closes at 9PM. The lady finally asks what I have (which she should've done the 1st time) and she tells me they don't accept heeled shoes. And the other lady tells me as Im walking out to try another location. Which are in Boca & Wellington. Girl bye! Thanks for wasting my precious time.
Kelly M was the best. Super friendly and helped me with my consignment sale. She took extra time to re evaluate my drop off of clothes. You can tell she takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
