I am over this place. I literally saw a Hanes white t short, the kind you get in a pack at Walmart on the rack but you pSs on my brand new Michael Kors make up case?? Will never go there again

I came in here with two bags of clothes to get money for.. one bag had designer dresses and the other bag had shirts and blouses. When I came back to see how much $$ they were going to give me for my items, they returned only ONE bag. the designer clothes were missing. The employees told me they could not take any of my items and returned one bag of clothes back to me. THEY TOOK MY CLOTHES BEHIND MY BACK AND THEY ACTED LIKE I ONLY CAME IN WITH ONE BAG. Love coming here to shop. (prices are very reasonable and good selection of clothing) Only thing negative I can say is, the people they have working there now are very unfriendly. When you walk in it looks like they're miserable and don't want to be there. They've had great staff in the past but I'd say their current staff is making the store look bad. I've been coming to this location for around 2 years. The manager (I don't remember her name) is awesome though. Always willing to help and very nice!

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of CRAP in the store! And I bring in 3 brand new pairs of shoes(including a pair of Betsy Johnson shoes) and they give me nothing! Legit sent me home with everything! The place is filled with garbage clothes and disgusting shoes and it smells! This store/company sucks!
