I brought in new American eagle shorts and some cute tops and was told they wouldn't take over half of it , then they tried to only take one pair of my American eagle shorts and not the other pair that were the EXACT same just a different color. Only offered $10 � . For some tops and a brand new pair of shorts I laughed and I haven't returned !
The store is always clean and organized, I receive fair prices for the clothing I bring in, and the employees are nice and helpful. I was just there yesterday, overall great experience every time I come.
I have been to Plato's in numerous different states; California, Alabama, Michigan, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had not only shopping but selling as well. First off the employees are rude and unaware, they have no clue what brand names are popular. I have brought them never worn, new, with price tag jeans and walked out with nothing.
