NO STARS!!! Take more items. It seems like no matter what you take in they refuse it. I took in stuff that was name brand and still had tags attached and they refused them. They are way too picky and don't know anything about fashion and what normal people are wearing.
They don’t take ANYTHING anymore.. I took in 2 bags of stuff that I don’t wear anymore and they took 3 things.. more than half the items have never even really been worn! It’s kind of turned into a goodwill with the items they do have for sale.
My daughter had a TRADE on Sunday, less than a week ago, and the clerk left a sensor on the pants she was buying. My daughter is 13, so the receipt was not important to her and she tossed it while we were shopping. We live an hour away and could not return until today, 4 days later, to ask for the sensor to be removed. The clerks refused, the manager refused and treated my daughter like a thief! They talked to my mother like trash and they were extremely rude to me when I tried to complete the task. I literally have no words... read more
Took a few bags in and waiting over 45 minutes. Nobody came up to tell us they were done. The bags hadn't even been opened. We wasted 40 minutes until we finally went up and asked what was going on, being that nobody was even sorting clothes anymore. They told us they didn't want any of it- Any of the unopened bags. They could have told us 40 minute ago that they weren't interested before I wasted my afternoon there. Not the first time they've been like this. Definitely not going back.
Took a hamper full of Lands End and other name brand clothes to sell. Nobody went through the basket, and after letting me sit on the couch for 20 minutes they told me they had to pass on everything because of the brands and age of clothes. I watched the counter the entire time and nobody went through the clothes! Everything was folded just the same as I dropped it off. Took in a bag full of buckle clothes, most of them with the tags still on them. Brand new never worn BKE jeans they wouldn’t take but when I walked around there were Miss me jeans stained & overworn for $50. They didn’t take a never worn north face, underarmour sweatshirt, or men’s buckle jeans but when I walked around the store the clothes on the rack were complete garage.
I rate this place 0/5. They force you to work more hours than you can, do not care AN OUNCE about your other obligations, and Barry is one of the most hateful men I have ever met. He would make MULTIPLE employees (keep in mind most of these girls are around the ages of their daughters) hysterically cry because he would yell at them in the back room. I will never be back. I took a clothes basket full of name brand items that were in great condition (miss me jeans, Buckle brands, and many more) for them to only take 1 or 2 items. Then looking around at their merchandise to see absolute garbage. I do not recommend this store at all.
