Prices are very reasonable, the workers are very nice to me everytime I go there which is almost everyday the managers mrs Nancy and Chelsea are always so sweet to my daughter I always find great things everytime
I’m always pleasantly surprised with this location. Going into Plato’s Closet, you have to know that you’re not going to get top dollar for your items. They are buying from you in order to resell to make a profit. I think people tend to forget that when they sell to these places. However, I will say that other locations in the area offer pennies compared to the Monroeville location. I will continue to bring my clothes back to this location as they employees are friendly and I feel like I’m getting a fair amount.
Clean, organized and easy to shop! The staff is very helpful!

Alex, sorry to hear about this experience. Clearly, something went wrong -- at minimum there was an issue with our buying software. However, the resulting customer service issue will be researched and resolved.
Love this store! Always get the best stuff for cheap and they have the nicest employees!
