I usually have great experiences shopping at this Plato’s Closet, but my last visit was disappointing. The employee working named Jordan was not very nice or helpful. The store wasn’t very busy, but when I asked for a fitting room, she sighed and acted annoyed. It honestly felt like I was bothering her just by asking, and her attitude makes me not want to come back.
Very very very picky. I can't believe they decide what gets what. It doesn't matter about trends and what the newest thing is it's platos store not Gucci or Versace. It's not like a kid says oh let's go to platos because they bring the fashion they say let's go cause we broke. Check your costumers before you check the trends matter of fact. And isn't that the point of your stores anyways kinda stupid.
Didn’t buy any of our clothes even though we had name brand, luxury stuff and we donated what they were looking for. Can’t believe they’re still in business honestly.
Very very picky. Brought Nike, American eagle and Charlotte Russe and they would take any of it. Everything was worn once and their excuse was pathetic. Do not donate here. You mine as well give your clothes to people who will appreciate what you are donating.
