today was the annual founders day sale. I was so excited to go, as I used to work for OUAC Sylvania, and I know how much work goes into the sales. I usually love the Perrysburg Platos as it has a bigger selection. The trouble started with the dressing rooms. I waited in the area for the dressing rooms, a customer went to a worker and went ahead of me for the dressing room. No worries, confusion in the system. The customer service is trash and whew you wouldn’t believe the shoes they buy to sell yet won’t buy a pair that came out in 2025 brand new
Horrible experience, they are extremely racist, there is an oversized worker with a short hair cut not sure if it was a man or women but she : he sounded like a female who was bamming on the changing room door. She also accused my daughter of stealing and immediately changed the narrative, mind you someone who was white was stealing, I will not be back to this racist place and I see many reviews where they have been racist to the customers
Prices are a little much.
