I’m not even going to rate this place it’s such a joke I’ve sold multiple things to this store and they always say my clothes are worn or stain or used I get it some stuff is old but come on let me walk threw the store I guarantee wouldn’t be nothing on shelves because it being used or stain they want 49 dollars for a used Victoria secret sweatshirt when I can go buy a new one in store poorly managed and they only pick what they want .. I went in today and got a prom dress. The employee(Jazmine)didn't put the dress in the dress bag like they normally do and she didn't even keep the hanger with the dress like they normally do. When I asked about it she said they no longer do that for the dresses. Another employee told me that they do still wrap the dresses they were just out of the bags. I'm not sure why the girl that rung me up was rude about it and lied.
Giving this review for a friend's experience, getting the word out there so people don't waste their time with this place. Not a good place to go, you will be better off selling your clothes on line yourself, you will probably make more money and be able to sell all of your clothes. This place is rude and very picky each time my friend goes here they go through her clothes very quickly and only take just a few pieces of clothing just to try and satisfy the customer. Wouldn't take clothes because it wasn't for teenagers or tiny people. Heaven forbid women over a size 2 need actual stylish clothes in town!! It was all Torrid and Catos brand clothing and most of it never worn. Horrible business practice.
