I am NEVER selling my clothes to Plato's Closet again! The employees were rude, and stood around talking instead of doing their job. I brought in a bag of about 15 items and they told me it would be 20-30 minutes for them to process my clothing. It took almost an hour and I asked if they were ready 3 times before they were done. After all of that, they offered me $18 for like 10 items. I was so pissed off that I just wanted to get out of there, so I just took the money, made a complaint and left. This is my go to place. This location has very decent clothes. A lot of the items still have the original tag on them!
I take my sons here once a month but they stand back and let me shop for them and that's not like them they dont let's me pick out their clothes at all but because the clothes are their fashion I get to choose
The premises of Cash for Consignment is a great idea. What I didn't like was that they limit the clothes to teens and twenty's. They need to open a store or have a section in their stores called Plato's Mom's Closet. I brought in some very in trend clothing and shoes and they rejected everything. Some were brand new and never worn!!!
This place sucks, they want you to bring in brand new clothes with tags. I brought in a shirt that had never been worn, still had a tag and in style, they wouldn't take it. I also brought in barely used suede heels, they said they were worn, clearly they weren't. Also this store is really small and hard to move around. EXPAND YOUR STORE! Apparently the associates do not know how to pick clothing because the clothes are ugly.
