My past experiences at this store were not so good. But I went into the store today and had excellent customer service. I am not sure what changes occurred but the store was neat and easier to shop, the staff was extremely pleasant, and the selection of clothing items were great!!! Keep up the good work Platos Closet team!!! I will definitely be returning more often now!

I had a experience with them. Went in to sell a big bag of my forever 21 clothes, in very good condition and they claimed they couldn't take it because it was "out of style and too old". I like the store we shop here frequently but the service isn't so good. Just yesterday they told me about their punch card that for every ten bucks you spend you get a stamp and when you fill it up you get 20 percent discount. Heard your ad on the radio that you bought clothes. Checked out the website to see what you were buying. Met jean guidelines; check, Met size guidelines; check, Good condition; check. Brought my stuff in. Everything was refused. I don't even think the clerk looked at the clothes. She gave me some lame excuse that they were worn out. I don't think so. I was excited to visit this store for my first visit ever. I was highly disappointed with the subpar customer service. I will never visit another store in this chain. I felt the staff were very snobbish and looked down on their customers. I prefer to spend my money and pay full price for same items than to shop in this store.
Love Platos!! Can't ever leave with just one thing. Everyone was very helpful and having fun :-)
