I went in their yesterday to shop for my birthday outfit and I found something . I just love this store!!!

This location is definitely the best in the area to shop and sell to. I was in to sell tonight and they took nearly everything I brought! The employees are really friendly too. Christina was very helpful and knew what she was talking about! She helped me and told me what other items to bring in that they needed. I will keep coming back to the Chesapeake location to sell and shop when I need a cute outfit.
Took lot of nice clothes in really good condition, they didn't buy anything because it wasn't the kind of "brand" they sell...pfffttt...they just sell "junk" brand there. And the store smells funny...oh, and the ladies working there, so rude...

Those are great brands but they don't fit into our teen/20 something demographic. What day did you come in? I'll definitely look into the comments about our rude employees. No one should ever be treated rudely. In regards to the smell, these are used clothes and all the smells run together. We do try very hard to keep it fresh smelling. I'm so sorry that your visit was less than satisfactory. We do appreciate your business.
Took tons of clothes, new and gently worn, they took nothing! Yet some of the CRAP they have in there... won't be back!

I brought a teenage girl that survived getting hit by a car but suffers many disabilities now and was robbed while in a coma and left with nothing and no where to live (She turned 18 while in a coma n parents are homeless) when she got out of the hospital, so I take care of her but struggle with 5 kids at home. So a nice guy donated a 100 gift card to Plato's for her to buy some clothes, he told her story to the manager in hopes She would add on to the card or at least give her a discount, nope, they did not care n they were... read more
Today, we had some fun & did some serious shopping @ Plato's Closet w/the boys. Hannah was our Dressing Room Attendant and she was so helpful, awesome and patient. We will definitely be back!
