The couple times I went to colonial heights location, either had bad service by attitude or no help to find certain things in a size, person acted like didn't know where certain things were and was short with me by walking away while answering my questions went behind the counter and was talking clothes off of hangers like that was more important than servicing me to get a good experience so they could of had a sale or two cause I love that store. Have been shopping at this store for several years with my four children but I will definitely NOT be back! Came in to the store to spend well over $100 for just one of my kids. I am a parent on a tight budget and work overnight and missed the cutoff of the sale by 4 hours but having been a loyal customer for many years, I asked that they please honor the coupon this one time, given the circumstances. wonderful prices and clothes
I’ve always had great experiences at Plato’s. The customer service for me has been wonderful!
I love coming here. I’ve always been greeted when I come into the door & have been asked if I need any help when I browse through the clothes a million times cause I can never seem to make my mind up on what clothes I’d like to buy. Haha. Prices are great & all the girls who work here are fantastic.
The employees were very rude and it took them over a week to process the clothes I was trying to sell. Then called me tell me I had 4 hours to get my money or the clothes would be considered a donation. Very unhappy with my experience. I've take clothes to once upon a child and been very pleased with them, not realizing that Plato's closet is a joke when it comes to selling clothes.

I went in earlier today to partake in the clearance sale. I did find several great things that I did purchase ,but what put me off a bit was the 2 employees I saw behind the counter having several conversations while there were customers in the store that hadn’t been greeted yet. Seems they were more concerned with their own issues than the customers who were trying to spend money
