When I turned in my cloths (very small bag) and I brand new pair of shoes (60$ receipt in box) they told me they would call. 3 hours later i called them to see if when they were going to be done. They told me they were done over an hour ago NEVER CALLED ME. Then when I got there they only took the shoes and gave me 11$. Also very rude about the situation.
I was in today for the first time at this location and was a bit hesitant going in as I had my kids with me. But I got them all in and looked around and found several items that came home with me for a fantastic price. And the staff I interacted with were amazing and took the time out to make sure we had a fitting room we could all fit in and to hold a conversation with my 4 yr old!
