I come here ALL THE TIME. Went on Thursday but their computers were down. I looked around anyway and saw some Nikes I just had to have! Asked if they would hold them for me and to call me when the computers were working again. She said she would hold them til 9, but I never heard from them at all and I'm sure the shoes are gone now. What a disappointment

They say they buy gently used clothing then reject clothes bought in their store and lie to you about why. Clothes purchased within 2 months and not worn once. Rude, keep you waiting for hours, doesn't matter that you're a customer. Will never shop here again. Good prices aren't the only thing that matters.
Went there once before hated it, second time and this place is still a joke. Only one staff member didn't look at me weird and disgusted. This store rips you off so much for your clothes so that they can get more money. Ha pathetic. Never will I return.

I don't live in Spokane but I always come to this platoes closet when I visit! The selection and service here is by far the best that I have been to!

They don't buy used clothes like they say they do because every time I try to sell them clothes they tell me my clothes are "too old" when I bought most of them know more than 6 months ago. And I'm never going to take the time and effort to make sure the clothes are in style because they must be lying or something because my clothes weren't bought by them. So might as well donate the clothes that you want to sell because they won't buy them because there are "TOO OLD". (>﹏<)
