I brought in a brand new pair of Merrill women's Moab waterproof shoe size 9. They were too large for me so I brought them in to trade. I was turned down for trade due to : "too much wear on the shoe. " these are shoes that have never been worn mind you. I did not argue with them and bought a $20 pair of shoes.
