Bought a pair of $18 American Eagle jeans that turned out to have a big hole in the crotch. I asked to exchange the pair for a non crotch ripped pair and was denied. I work second hand retail and would at least allow my customers to exchange. Won’t be back.
RecommendedThis Plato’s Closet is really amazing. I really love how they take the time to post outfits on their platforms. The workers are super friendly as well. I bought a few summer tops the last time I visited and I asked the worker how she would style them. She offered my multiple ways to style it! Just a sweet environment!
These people are so f****** snotty in here. Youd think they were working at Macy's or something with their f****** attitudes. They made me feel like a degenerate or something My money is just as good and I'm a frequent shopper so you ought to Send in a secret shopper to check on these snotty little brats that work here.. half a Walmart clothes are on the racks anyway . I swear I saw just as many George shirts as name brands. somebody better do something quick cuz I'm not wanting to come back there

Very cool place to shop. They also carry larger sizes in both men and womens. I high recommend.😍
Not as friendly as the other location. Definetly more stuck up. Won't be back.
Cool place but the music was WAY too loud and please get rid of the incense. I couldn’t stay inside for long as the air freshener or incense was way over used.
