I like shopping here, but the staff are so hateful. I came in tonight and BOTH ladies I approached were very disrespectful. I can't believe no one says anything to them about their attitudes. I even told them to have a good night and both girls walked away without even acknowledging the fact that I said something. Good clothes/prices are NOT worth being treated rudely over. Took 2 heavy ex large laundry baskets with neatly folded and organized clothing..name brands and the girl was very snobby acting towards customers and didn't take one item and then had the nerve to just cram them back with no respect..don't care to walk back in this place..wasted time n wasted gas..employees need to be more respectful and kind..just sayin
Don't even waste your time loading up clothes they won't buy them! I had every brand they supposedly accept even Victoria's Secret they still wouldn't take it went to the Louisville store they accept better brands and even took most of the clothes I took in Evansville store is a joke
I went in today. Was greeted by a friendly young man. He took care of my sign in immediately. They went through my clothes while I waited. Bought half of them. Very friendly young lady let me use half my money to purchase a shirt and gave me the rest in cash. Told me where I might take my remaining items. Very upbeat. Highly recommended!

I walked in hoping to find cute new summer clothes but if your needing plus sizes you may as well forget about it. They hardly had anything considered plus sizes and what they did was seriously old and not in style. Not once did they ever ask if I needed any help; can't believe they don't have any newer plus size clothes; what a waste of my time.
Why is every Plato's Closet a scam? Everytime I go in there I take things that are name brand new, and never worn and get rejected or $2 For a $60 shirt.
They don't accept ANYTHING. I take in a basket of brand new clothes with tags and they only accept one item. Then I see faded/out dated clothes on the racks. Ridiculous. � Don't tell me that my clothes are worn, stanined, or not in style because this store is full of all of the above!!

Items that are new with tags or that have been purchased from our store are not guaranteed items that we would purchase. Don't waste your time trying to sell clothes here, they literally take 2 of your nicest clothing items and offer you $10.

When we purchase items we look for things that we know we can sell and we price those items at 50-70% off original retail price and then offer the customer 30% of that price.
