Me and my friend went in there today with tons of clothes that were in good condition/not stained and were all the right brands and they told us in a very snotty manner that they were worn, stained and out of style (apparently need to be a year or 2 different from what you buy in the mall, WHICH THEY WERE!!! ) Then they continued to say well we are overstocked. WELL FREAKING TELL US THAT WHEN WE COME IN!! DON'T MAKE US WAIT 2 HOURS AND 45 MIN FOR YOU TO TELL US YOU WON'T BUY ANYTHING!!!!! And everything in the store Is ugly,... read more
They took two of my dresses and only gave me $5 and some change. We went in to pick up the clothes and the girl would not help us and she was just standing there. I brought in name brand clothes and when they gave most of them back the girl was very insulting with the way she talked about the clothes I brought in. They were rude and I will not be back!
I went into Plato's for their Dollar Day's Sale and the store was very clean and orderly and the employees were very helpful! They offered a coupon for joining their text club and were very friendly and courteous throughout my shopping experience! I will definitely be back!
I love this store. The staff is very helpful and caring. They go above and beyond to help look for something if I can not find it. I will return to find good deals. Love love love this store.
It was a !!Joy!! to be served at this place. I got !!7!! pairs of jeans in 15 minutes before the store closed because the whole team jumped into action for me. They looked for my sizes, brought them to the dressing room, helped me make choices.... WOW, it was amazing. And that wasn't the best part. They pulled everything off the sales racks and I got out of there for under $25 bucks. When I drive by now I feel drawn to the place. Good job guys!
These people suck. I brought in a bag of really expensive clothes and they offered me nothing. They don't know anything there �
Apparently they don’t buy current style clothing . I’ve been there a couple times now with 3 totes of brand name clothing (Silver- Melissa McCarty-INC-Lane Bryant ) and they kept just a few things. My daughter took items there yesterday and she was told they don’t buy clothes above a 18/20. Apparently they aren’t aware how many people would like to be able to purchase Nice plus size clothing ! Will never return and will sell my things on my own . ��
I'm not one to rant about businesses but I took clothes in at 1:57 pm, they told me 20-30 minutes, my clothes weren't done until 3:30 pm, they kept 20 items out of prob 100 and told me my clothes were stained, & out of "style", they gave me $50, I would also like to point out that none of my clothes had any stains what so ever, I checked, I don't remember brand new Victoria secret, affliction, and miss me jeans being "out of style" Vera Bradley from this season, brand new adidas shoes that are definitely still in STYLE.. not... read more
