RecommendedMy daughters spent the day in here spending their savings and they were extremely helpful and kind. Upon getting home, we discovered an issue with one of the sweaters and send them a FB msg as we are two hours away. They promptly replied to the msg and gave us a full refund with zero issues. We will definitely be back.
I have been contributing my business at this location for many years and what I witnessed yesterday ticked me off to no end! I dropped off 4 pairs of pants to sell. When I returned, the gal said that they didn't sell because they were full of stains. I asked for her to show me. Not one stain found on any of the denims! This place has absolutely terrible customer service. The employees are rude to customers, particularly the girl with blue hair. Multiple times I’ve been in here and she has been snotty and rude to me and my friends. Awful customer service and I will not be shopping here again because of employee attitudes towards customers.

Terrible customer service. They buy worn out clothing all the time, then want to tell you the clothing you brought in with tags still attached “they look too worn”. Whoever “looks” through your bag determines if they buy. Biggest rip off EVER! And to top it off, I was going to donate my clothes to them and was told “ their donations are full” because I said I didn’t want to see my stuff they wouldn’t buy on the racks. Won’t do business here again! Took in a pair of almost new Nike and a pair of good condition Vans and a couple shirts and was offered $14 for it all? Are you kidding me!!! I alone paid over $150 for the Nike and Vans and was told they would do $4 for Vans and $8 for Nike. Safe to say I did not sell my items here and never will try to again. I overheard an employee telling a customer one day that they pay more for Nike and Pink. But I guess that’s only if you’re a “certain” person.
I just had THE WORST experience in this store!! Fifteen workers and nobody working. Rude cashiers and they don't want to buy from certain people. Call it what you want to. I will NOT do business here anymore. The girl didn't even look at the clothes. Just rolled them up and put them in a bag. Really??? Pissed I am!!!!
